Dr. Gray is the founder and President of Gray Health Care Group. In addition to having practiced as a Pediatric Dentist, over the course of his career, he has been a Senior Vice President in the dental insurance industry; a National Chief Dental Officer; a State Dental Director; a business consultant; and a small business owner. His in-depth knowledge of startup costs and dental insurance billing practices allows him to advise clients on realistic long term financial projections.
Dr. Gray has also been involved in high level policy decisions on the state and national level and can help interpret healthcare policy and how it will affect your business.
Dr. Whalen has owned his own private practice for over 15 years. He is a board certified pediatric dentist. He has been involved in organized dentistry, product development and legal consulting. He brings a practical real world approach to business growth that focuses heavily on changes in the market place. Specifically digital strategies to help modernize your patient's experience. He received his degrees from the University of Iowa and is an adjunct faculty member.
John DiMuro MD

Dr. John DiMuro is dual board certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine as well as fellowship trained in Pain Medicine. Previously serving as the Nevada State Chief Medical Officer, Dr. DiMuro played a pivotal role in helping the state curb the opioid crisis by creating and co-writing the current state law governing the prescribing of controlled substances. He has served as an oral board examiner for the American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesiology, faculty proctor for Boston Scientific in their neuromodulation division and currently works as a Physician Clinical Reviewer (“PCR”) for NIA Magellan Healthcare. He is a senior proctor for Halyard Healthcare (formerly Kimberly Clark Pain Care Division) and lectures nationally in both the medical and physical fitness realms. He also serves as senior faculty for Halyard Health for various continuing medical education teaching courses on radiofrequency lesioning techniques. His 2015 abstract submission on hip joint radiofrequency ablation was accepted by the American Society of Regional Anesthesia for publication. He has participated in cadaveric dissection for the research arm of Halyard Health and served as a defense expert consultant for the city of New York stemming from litigation due to the September 11, 2001 World Trade Center terrorist attacks.
Dr Richards has been a private practice orthodontist for more than 20 years. She owns and manages practices in two states and has experience starting a practice from scratch. She is well versed in a wide variety of orthodontic techniques and has completed treatment of more than 10,000 patients during her career. In addition to patient treatment, she has served in organized dentistry, taught dental students, lectured internationally, received a certificate in business analytics from Wharton School of Business and is a contributing author of a textbook on orthodontic treatment. To round out her experience, Dr Richards has provided insight as an expert witness in legal cases and board review situations.
